However, one of them really makes the atmosphere in the department very unpleasant. They have serious communication issues and are emotional, making people not want to work with them at all. I later learned that three people had left the team within half a year...

There is hardly any system in place, responsibilities are unclear, and senior colleagues assign tasks to new employees without informing the manager. The documents new employees are asked to sign before joining contain obvious errors, yet they were sent directly to the successful applicants. When I left, HR even gave me the wrong room for the exit interview—truly consistent from beginning to end. They also verbally implied that I looked quite different from my photo... I was completely stunned.
