A salary of 28–30k is fairly reasonable for an administrative starting salary, I guess.
HR recruits sales staff every month and is required to have 8 people actually “show up” for work!
The real estate brokerage industry is one where you’re bound to be rejected at first.
The boss always thinks it’s easy to recruit people, so this should be achievable…
They keep bringing up how other labor-recruitment jobs only pay 25k
and still require recruiting 10 people, etc. (But staffing agencies can match people with many different types of jobs—can you really compare them?)
On top of that, when you want to resign, you first have to find a replacement.
The Labor Standards Act clearly stipulates that no advance notice of resignation is required for employment of less than three months,
but if the great boss finds out you want to resign and haven’t found someone to take over.
They won’t let you leave, or they’ll give you the cold shoulder: )
The turnover rate among the sales staff here is already high, and it’s the same for administrative positions… all I can say is, hang in there!
Opening a business and operating a store naturally means taking on the risks and responsibility of staff turnover! Haha~ Making employees find their own replacements is just ridiculous. Why not reflect on why people are continually unable to stay long-term?
