Pros
The interviewer didn't have many questions, but their attitude was okay, and they had carefully reviewed the applicant's résumé.
Cons
The HR representative was far too pushy, repeatedly urging me to inflate the years of experience on my résumé and telling me to fabricate my experience using persuasive wording. She even copied my résumé and personal statement from the employment website, altered the content without my permission, and then told me to use her rewritten version for my self-introduction.
It was extremely offensive and a very uncomfortable interview experience.
