Pros

Shortly after actively applying for the part-time position, I received a call.

The HR representative was very friendly when calling, briefly chatting with me and explaining the job duties as well as the subsequent interview process.

1. The clinic is really nicely decorated and also looks quite new.

2. After the probationary period, salary adjustments will be made based on performance. They said there would be two stages of evaluation and salary adjustment.

3. No self-introduction was required during the interview. As soon as the supervisor came in, they started asking questions directly. If I remember correctly, they asked why I wanted to work there and whether I could accept being assigned to work at different clinics.

4. If there is mutual interest after the interview, they will arrange a one-hour trial placement.

Cons

1. The interview time had to accommodate the clinic's less busy periods, so it could only be scheduled at noon or before 3 p.m.

2. The process was very rushed. When I arrived, it seemed that the previous interviewee had hurriedly left. Halfway through my interview, the supervisor seemed to receive a notification that the next interviewee had arrived. It felt very strange. The interview lasted less than half an hour and was very hurried.

3. It is stipulated that employees cannot take more than three consecutive days off.

4. After confirming that I had been hired, they said I first had to attend a three-hour class, for which there would be no pay.

Although they said during the interview that there was no seniority-based hierarchy between experienced and junior employees, during the trial placement it seemed that there was a significant difference in attitude between the more experienced and newer employees. I found it frightening. They also did not pay for the training, which made me feel that employees would be exploited, so I did not show up to start work.
