There are absolutely no advantages.

The HR department at this company has the loudest voice, and HR is pretty incompetent too. The HR representative who interviewed me was a woman whose name starts with A.

In short… what I found most outrageous was… I think it’s reasonable to provide proof of salary after receiving an offer.

But they made it sound as if they were going to hire me and asked me to provide proof of my current salary.

Then, a week later, they sent me this canned message:

Thank you for taking the time to participate in our Product Manager interview. Your academic and professional background left a favorable impression on us. However, due to the limited number of positions available, we regret that we are unable to make use of your talents. We will place your information in our talent database and look forward to the opportunity to work with you in the future. Thank you again for participating in our interview.

It’s really quite outrageous… If you’re thinking about interviewing with this company, you should really think twice. The whole company is going downhill… No matter how many CEOs they replace, it’s always the same.
