Colleagues invite each other to afternoon tea, with plenty of choices.
There are quite a few restrooms, so you don't have to wait in line.
The environment is outdated, the equipment is outdated, and the computers are also the company's own brand.
The company is unwilling to spend money on upgrading equipment or making improvements.
Overtime is the norm at the company; everyone has to stay late and work overtime on the last day of the month.

As long as you don't listen to senior colleagues, you will be ostracized—and it reaches the level of bullying, with sarcastic remarks and threats.
Senior colleagues who are not supervisors act as though they are running the department.
Then they recruit minor followers, much like elementary school students forming teams. Their tactics are deplorable.
