You sleep the following morning and continue working the overnight shift at 7 p.m. that evening, for two consecutive days. It is exhausting and does nothing to help your professional development.

Every Friday, employees are randomly and compulsorily required to listen to someone from outside hired by the company ramble, or to listen to the company’s own employees ramble.

One department with many new employees is very demanding and does not know how to train newcomers. Not long after joining, new employees may already be expected to take over work and get up to speed.

Also, the boss is very arrogant. Thinking that he is an ABC and has Cathay backing him, he speaks and acts in a fairly disrespectful manner.
