1. Rarely required to work overtime
Cons
1. During the interview, it felt like a number of employees had left because the company was transforming toward education promotion, AI, and automated optical inspection
2. After 8:30, it is inconvenient to park a scooter nearby, and it is difficult to find a space
3. There is not much food nearby, so lunch boxes need to be ordered
4. The company is looking for more senior engineers because some employees have left; it needs to hire two customer service staff and electrical control engineers
