Pros

You don't need to think independently here; it's a great place to practice being a slave and a tool.

As long as you hand over whatever humanity you have left, obey orders 100%, and accept highly authoritarian control, you can live comfortably.

Principles for dealing with His Majesty:

1. His Majesty never makes mistakes; if something goes wrong, it must be the subordinate's fault.

2. The glory and credit belong to His Majesty. When a decision goes wrong, subordinates must step forward and take the blame.

3. You must not advise His Majesty on how to do things. Only His Majesty may instruct you on how to do things—commonly known as one-way communication.

4. His Majesty likes to be praised highly. Pay attention to when he hints that he needs you to flatter him; just flatter him thoroughly.

5. His Majesty is the only person in the entire company allowed to be creative. Everyone else only needs to think about how to make His Majesty the focus.

6. His Majesty likes to “train” employees one-on-one on LINE. Employees must not become too close or too united with one another.

7. His Majesty respects expertise and likes to meddle in everyone’s professional fields and give directions, proving that he is also highly professional and capable.

8. His Majesty’s educational background and language abilities are said to be unparalleled worldwide. In everyday written communication, however, his messages are often full of typos, such as confusing “在” and “再.”

9. Micromanage all employees. No one else in the company may challenge his authority. Statements such as “Yes,” “Okay,” “I know,” “No problem,” and “OK” must always be kept in mind.

10. The family power behind His Majesty is terrifying; do not offend him.

Cons

There are no downsides. How could His Majesty’s company have any downsides? Are all of you having it too easy and asking to be forced out?
