I worked at the Taipei branch. Before joining this company, I looked up its reviews online and found a lot of negative comments from job seekers. I was actually quite worried, but I decided to give it a try anyway. After all, everyone has a different personality and different ways of thinking, and people may interpret the same experiences differently. So I went to the interview and was hired. After working there for a few days, I genuinely felt that my colleagues were easy to get along with, and the training was also very comprehensive. Whenever I had any questions about the work, I received complete answers after asking. Overall, the company atmosphere was actually quite good, and it was fairly open and flexible. The company culture was positive, and this is very important.
I am not an internal employee posting a favorable review. I just resigned a moment ago—but purely for personal reasons unrelated to the company. I am leaving this comment simply to give other job seekers a point of reference. The issues I had once worried about genuinely did not arise after I joined this company.
If you are easily affected by your surroundings and need a quiet workspace, this may not be a good fit for you.
