During the interview, the HR representative was polite and provided clear information, answering questions as much as possible.

However, the supervisor’s attitude during the interview was rather casual.

All the benefits mentioned during the interview were provided.

The warehouse supervisors are genuinely terrible—one surnamed Fang and one surnamed Li.

They do not accomplish much, lack a sense of responsibility and accountability, and constantly shirk responsibility.

The one surnamed Li takes credit for subordinates’ achievements.

The tea ranges from 0.1 to 70 kilograms, so a large amount of heavy lifting is required. The warehouse is next to the production line and extremely hot.

One item may be divided into several types of processing, increasing the burden on the warehouse.

This company is harsh toward production-line workers: there is a lot of work, little pay, and heavy lifting is also required.

After working there for two or three years, I do not recommend coming to work in this warehouse for the following reasons:

Low pay, extreme heat, and a small warehouse (it is impossible to cook without ingredients).

Heavy lifting (it is normal to move several tons in a day; there are only manual pallet jacks, while the electric equipment is reserved for others).

The elevator is in poor condition and there is only one, so a lot of time is spent waiting for it.

You have to flatter the boss; I have seen people who did not flatter him subsequently get fired, regardless of their work ability.

They are even harsher toward foreign workers and production-line employees.

The warehouse supervisors are 100% smiling assassins; when asked to do something, they cannot do it.

The employee turnover rate is high.

As long as you know how to flatter the one surnamed Li, he will protect you no matter how bad you are.
