The office is very beautiful (with lots of greenery and potted plants). It was originally located in Sanchong but has moved to an office building in Zhonghe.
The team is currently in a rebuilding phase, so capable people who join should have a great platform to showcase their abilities.
There were hardly any people in the office during the interview. The CEO explained that the previous manager was too lenient, and the manager who came afterward was strict.
As a result, the people under them found it a bit difficult to handle and left one after another (though the team had good relationships). However, judging from the posts shared on 面試趣, there may be more to the story (?)
Still, I was quite surprised that they were so honest about the company's current situation and said they were looking for people with ambition and high standards.
I didn't feel very confident about my ability to perform the role, so I didn't join.
