The office is quite nice. It’s a ten-minute walk from the MRT station. That’s about it.
You often need to communicate with colleagues from other departments.
Through this, you’ll discover that there are huge differences in the ways people collaborate.
There is absolutely no room for communication.
Some are results-oriented, and if you can’t adapt quickly during the process, you’re on your own.
Some follow the rules and handle everything according to procedure.
However, the managers in positions of authority who enjoy the privileges
never handle matters according to the proper procedures. They are completely indifferent, or push responsibility away; they try to distance themselves from blame whenever possible, and even shift the burden onto other departments or junior colleagues. The overall working atmosphere in the company is extremely poor.
Whether in terms of attitudes toward handling matters or interpersonal relationships, job seekers who can accept a family-and-friends-style business hierarchy are advised to apply.
