Pros

The secretary dresses very well.

There are coffee and cookies, but the sales staff are often out in the field, so they don't get to have them often.

Cons

The company's sales role is extremely suitable for people with the following qualities. If you don't fit them, I recommend that you don't waste your time and end up suffering emotional harm.

1. People whose families genuinely don't lack money. Not only do you have to spend money maintaining a car, but you also have to pay the parking fee yourself in the company's parking lot. They ask us to visit clients every day, but if the fuel expenses from visiting clients are too high, we still get criticized. If you treat a client to coffee, you have to cover the cost yourself. The sales targets are set very high, and several salespeople have privately said that they rarely receive bonuses.

2. People who want to be "toughened up." If your supervisor has a bad temper, makes sarcastic remarks, and engages in personal attacks, you need to be able to remain unmoved, feel that you're doing great, and maintain your confidence.

Other advantages:

1. During the interview, the sales supervisor will make you feel that they are kind and approachable and willing to teach and mentor people. You can learn what it's like for a salesperson to act one way in public and another behind the scenes, and understand how to "avoid the important points and gloss over them."

2. The performance pressure is really high. The supervisor will ask you to push clients, but POCs frequently run into problems. The sales staff have already become very good at "packaging things and avoiding the important points."

3. You need to learn to set aside your credibility and play cat-and-mouse with clients. The company won't lie to get clients to sign contracts, but because of the pressure to meet sales targets, it will ask you to "avoid the important points and gloss over them" ^^ Many clients only discover after purchasing that the features are incomplete and come back to argue. Of course, the supervisor won't help you, because the problem may arise some time after implementation. As a result, even after leaving the company, the messages never stop coming. I've already resigned, but I still often feel the "warmth" of being contacted.
