The labor and health insurance are provided through the Trucking Association, and the driver has to pay for them entirely out of pocket... This company may have at most five employees. There is no pay while learning on the job with a driver; you only start getting paid once you’ve learned enough for the boss to feel you can work independently and drive a concrete mixer truck!
