There are many reasons not to work at this company:
1. After being hired and joining the company, no one is willing to train you, and people keep passing the responsibility around.
2. There are many cliques, and most colleagues are unfriendly and unwilling to teach you.
3. It is mostly a family business. People are promoted mainly because of their family connections. Most employees below are dissatisfied with this situation, so they deliberately treat people working under the relatives of senior figures unfriendly—extremely unfriendly—leaving newcomers completely at a loss.
4. You have to buy your own stationery. This was the first time I heard of a company that does not provide it. They even said, “We don’t provide things that can be taken away.” We don’t provide things that can be taken away. I just want to ask: What stationery can’t be taken away??????
5. Whenever there is a mistake, everything is blamed on the newcomer.
6. There are almost meetings every day. With so much time being used for meetings instead of being put to good use, I am completely baffled.
Yes, I was just that newcomer who had only been there for one month.
I have never encountered a company this outrageous,
especially one this large.
