There are many reasons not to work at this company:
1. After being hired, no one is willing to guide you once you join the company, and people just pass the buck.
2. There are many cliques, and most colleagues are unfriendly and unwilling to teach you.
3. It is mostly a family-owned business. People are promoted mainly because of their family connections. Most employees below are dissatisfied with this situation, so they deliberately treat people working under the “royal relatives” unfriendly—extremely unfriendly—leaving newcomers completely at a loss.
4. You have to buy your own stationery. This was the first time I had heard of a company that did not provide it. They even said, “We don’t provide things that you can take away.” They kept saying, “We don’t provide things that you can take away.” I just want to ask: What stationery can’t be taken away??????
5. Every mistake is blamed on the newcomer.
6. There are almost meetings to attend every day. With so much time that could be put to better use being spent on meetings, I’m completely baffled.
Yes, I was just that newcomer who had only been there for a month.
I have never encountered a company this outrageous—
especially one this large.
