Pros are... just scroll down and read a few more reviews; it’s pretty much the same.
The salary is decent, but the fact that it’s paid late and in installments cancels out the decent part. After working for four or five months, I gave up recording my salary in my budgeting app.
The delayed salary situation is extremely serious. Even the January salary was still withheld over the Lunar New Year. At the same time as delaying payment, the boss would blame employees for lacking motivation.
The company only gave a little over a month to build the official website. Planning, frontend, and visual design were all expected to be completed in just over a month—anyone who understands the workload knows how outrageous that is. During meetings, he kept saying that he only wanted us to quickly put together a website that could run, and then criticized the resulting official website for being poor. Six months later, he ordered us to redo it.

If a company fails to pay wages on the agreed-upon payday, under the Labor Standards Act, the employee may unilaterally terminate the employment contract, and the company is legally required to provide a certificate of involuntary separation and severance pay. The boss believes that terminating the contract without notifying him first and going straight to mediation means that the employee is suing him and deliberately opposing him, so he will refuse to provide them. As a result, former employees can legally file a civil lawsuit to compel the boss to provide them. He thinks that if he gives them out, everyone will cause trouble in the same way in the future. In fact, everything is very simple. As a former employee, my advice to the boss is: as long as you pay salaries properly and on time, none of the subsequent problems will arise. Employees would not even be able to unilaterally terminate their contracts and leave whenever they felt unhappy. We all know that you still have money; I just don’t know whether you’ve gotten used to squeezing your employees this way after delaying payments year after year. In my opinion, paying salaries on time is the basic responsibility of a boss.

Finally, of course people must take responsibility for spreading false claims online. Before posting on Tianyancha, there is also a line of text underneath—I don’t know whether the person above read it.
That is not how the online world works. Newcomers come to Tianyancha to see whether former employees have warned them to run from the company, and whether the company’s shortcomings have improved over the years. Now, all they will additionally see is someone from the company coming to whitewash it.
