There are a bunch of old women in the checkout department at the Dadun store who are often busy showing off. They make others do the difficult tasks and use their age to bully part-time student workers.
Coworkers scheme against one another and argue fiercely in private over competing for sales performance.
They are very manipulative when running promotions. I personally heard the store manager tell the artist to make the discount figures less clear so as to trick people into coming in to shop. During promotions, they attract a bunch of customers looking for a small bargain, then, after the customers realize that the products are barely discounted at all, let them make a scene at the frontline employees.
The department manager is completely useless. This company is very afraid of customer complaints, so whenever there is a difficult customer who does not care about losing face and loudly shouts at the checkout counter, the manager will only come over and tell the employees to give them discounts and concessions to settle the matter. They show no sense of responsibility or initiative whatsoever.
Because of this, quite a few people really do come to make trouble. Frontline employees are not treated like human beings. Really, do not go there.
