Staffing company
Now renamed Shengsen Cloud Co., Ltd.; HR keeps manipulating the reviews.
As soon as you join the company, they expect you to become familiar with all the processes. On the second day, they already threaten that if you are not familiar with everything within a week, they will ask you to leave. The earlier reviews were accurate: the internal procedures and division of responsibilities are extremely chaotic. It is unclear what position they are actually interviewing you for; only after arriving at the assigned workplace do you find out that one person is expected to handle PM, PG, SA, and SD duties all together.
The reason you have to bring your own laptop is that projects do not last very long, so the staffing company will not provide one. From what I heard, you can tell how alarming it is that the staffing contractor takes on projects this way. There are few benefits or protections, and no project lasts very long.
The so-called supervisors have no professionalism at all. When asked more technical questions, they have to look into them themselves or ask other colleagues. As for those higher up, there is no need to say more—whatever you ask, they know nothing about it.
The turnover rate is even worse: it is not surprising for an average of two or three people to leave each month. When someone who has been there longer than half a month resigns, they say that person does not know how to appreciate the opportunity or lacks sufficient professionalism to meet the supervisor’s requirements.
Overall, the impression is simply terrible. Can’t we just part on good terms?
