Looks bright on the outside
I’m curious, so I wanted to ask about your subsidiary, Tengchuang Data Analytics. Are current employees treated as if they were disposable?
There is no overtime pay, yet we work overtime every day. You cannot say anything negative about the company, and benefits may be canceled depending on operating conditions.
The company website is entirely promotional. None of the industries or work content described actually exists, and there is not even a single client.
But the supervisor is simply beyond speech. In any case, all the programs are patched together with hard-coded values, with no architectural or long-term planning. I cannot see any plan for the next five to ten years.
They asked a series of highly unprofessional and abstract questions—for example, confusing WebSocket with Vue. Testing and the environment were ignored; in the end, someone else had to resolve all the workarounds and technical debt.
Later, they did something even more outrageous: they hired a completely inexplicable engineer. With inexperienced people managing things in a chaotic mess, everything became a complete disaster.
Now they are frantically recruiting newcomers as disposable chopsticks, and the company does not care whether you can survive.
If you see this review and think twice about applying for the job, I can only say congratulations—there are other, better jobs waiting for you.
