Pros

Can't think of any.

Cons

Please think carefully before coming. If you are an office-based employee, the office is not what you imagine. The storefront is very beautiful, but the office is on the fourth floor above the store. The environment is poor and can hardly even be called an office—it feels more like a home studio and is extremely dim!

At the time, I applied for a marketing and public relations position, but after starting work, I discovered that the duties were hardly any different from those of an executive assistant. I also had to constantly gauge the mood of the boss (Teacher Lin Li). On my first day, I wore formal clothing: a UQ shirt, plaid suit trousers, and light makeup. However, shortly after I arrived and met Teacher Lin Li in person, she directly asked me, “Why are you dressed like that?” When I then asked how I should dress and do my makeup to meet the company’s requirements, she did not tell me. Instead, she said that people who are motivated would look it up online themselves… Her attitude was extremely poor! Little did she know that we had met less than half an hour earlier!

Also, don’t imagine that the company has a complete marketing team. During the interview, they made it sound as though the team had been operating for a long time and that this position would focus only on managing social media and posting content. After starting work, however, I found that the role included many executive-assistant duties, such as compiling meeting materials, notifying people of meeting times, preparing materials for meetings, and creating agendas. I felt deceived! So, everyone considering going there, please think carefully. They do have a brand, but internally, the company is truly not as it appears from the outside! You really need to think it over carefully. As a result, I did not complete the onboarding process and only went for one day! That’s right—before leaving that day, I directly told HR about these issues and had no intention of continuing to waste my time!
