The hourly overtime pay is relatively high; it feels higher than at private companies.
1. Incoming and outgoing shipments are handled under tight deadlines, essentially requiring an on-call status. Most urgent orders must be completed the same day, making the work feel very time-sensitive. There is some pressure, and interactions with some people feel rather superficial. Supervisors use LINE to follow up on progress. Salary adjustments are infrequent; some employees go five to six years before receiving an increase of only a few hundred dollars. (This aspect is relatively poor.)
2. When there is a lot of overtime, it takes up most of the time. Sometimes employees leave work late, and they also have to cooperate with overtime on holidays. There is relatively little personal time.
3. There are few opportunities for promotion, and having a good relationship with the supervisor is also necessary.
