Leaving work on time......
All kinds of anti-human management methods—extremely bizarre and incredibly unscientific! It’s truly rare. Seriously... how little does this company trust people?
For example.... The KPIs are absolutely laughable, with no scientific statistics or calculations whatsoever. They simply write a few sentences using buzzwords and call it a day, and they even bring up “points, lines, and planes”.....
During the interview, they said the company placed the greatest emphasis on “harmony among people,” but after joining, I discovered that the company’s biggest problem is actually its “people.” No wonder the turnover rate is so high.
Certain people in ENM and the Procurement department are absolute disasters. Feel free to go see for yourselves.
