The Sales Department is very loud when speaking. When performance is poor, they blame other departments and often set traps for PMs and R&D.
Several PMs have resigned recently; in one unit, only the manager remains after the PM resigned.
The system architecture is based on an older design. If you are paired with a veteran employee, you do all the development work while the veteran only handles the maintenance of certain modules.
There used to be some birthday celebrations, but they have all been canceled now.
