Nothing.

In the first stage, HR kept interrupting like crazy. You couldn't finish a single complete sentence. Then they gave you two tests to fill out in the meeting room, said they would come back in twenty minutes, and then kept you waiting for forty minutes (it took less than five minutes to finish both tests).

The second stage was with the manager, and this was the real main event. Right at the start, they began name-dropping: “Do you know who our founder is?”

Then they went on about which major companies were providing funding, how they were in no shortage of revenue, and how they often had to coordinate directly with government contacts and talk with the Minister of Education on weekends.

Then, without missing a beat, they started dissing my résumé. My experience wasn't even in the same industry, yet they criticized it as if they knew what they were talking about. They showed absolutely no respect for the interviewee and just enjoyed listening to themselves talk. After interviewing me for two and a half hours, they left me in the meeting room, saying they would come back to walk me out, and then another fifteen minutes passed.

All in all, the entire process felt like a prank show. They blocked the contact person as soon as I got on the elevator—I definitely don't want to come back, haha.
