The work I’m responsible for is fairly easy, and the supervisors and colleagues are easy to get along with.
However, whenever there is something that needs to be communicated with other departments, you must keep an email record; otherwise, if something goes wrong, you end up taking all the responsibility yourself.
There are also quite a few problems with the computer systems used on a daily basis, which seems to reduce overall efficiency.
It feels like they strongly encourage overtime but are reluctant to pay overtime wages.
The benefits are average.
It’s not the worst—it’s just an ordinary job.
