Pros

1. The salary is generous. According to what I’ve heard from veteran employees, people who stay for a long time generally earn around 50,000–70,000, and an annual bonus plus more than 100,000 in salary comes easily.

2. There are two overseas employee trips every year. However, I recently heard that they haven’t been held for a long time due to the pandemic, or that domestic trips have replaced them. Unfortunately, I never got to participate.

3. If you’re young—especially if you’ve just graduated from university and are looking for a job—or if you only want to make money and pursue a high salary,

then this job is extremely suitable for you!

Cons

1. The salary is probably the only good thing. The boss doesn’t handle matters and only listens to the manager. Unfortunately, the company has only one manager,

so when someone openly frames you, there’s nothing you can do. If you want to survive, just obediently flatter the lazy people.

2. The company has a strong senior-junior system. Apart from the top manager, there are also quite a few small cliques, each with its own leader.

Although the work itself is simple, dealing with these people still comes down to two words—flatter the lazy.

3. The company doesn’t like people who talk a lot or have many ideas and strong execution ability. They make incapable people jealous and end up being quietly stabbed in the back. Once again, it comes down to two words—just flatter them.

4. Regardless of the position, all jobs operate under a responsibility-based system, so people who like earning overtime pay may want to think twice.

5. Regardless of what the company needs you to accomplish, there is no subsidy for it. If you want to legally operate a forklift, you have to pay out of pocket, spend your own time attending the course, and then personally go and “remind” upper management that you are a “legal driver.”

I heard that in the past, a senior employee spent quite a lot of his own money just to help the company and his colleagues have a better work experience. The boss and manager were very happy—and that was all; they were merely happy.

By the way, straightforward people or those who naturally have an intimidating face are neither especially disliked nor particularly liked at the company, because everyone is afraid of bad people. On the contrary, I recommend that this type of person actively apply; comparatively, they will have a comfortable space of their own.
