Pros
The general competence of colleagues is low, making it very easy for your own performance to stand out.
Cons
The boss has poor emotional control.
The position and job responsibilities discussed during the interview were completely unrelated to the position and responsibilities after joining the company.
The management and atmosphere are very rigid, which can easily make your thinking stagnant; it is indeed a company suitable for idiots to work at.
