The first contact was a video interview, but because I was unfamiliar with how to use it, their staff neither provided guidance nor reminded me. After I missed the scheduled time, the staff member’s attitude became very arrogant, telling me not to submit a résumé if I wasn’t interested—as if I owed them several million dollars.

The second time I made contact, about two days after the interview was arranged, the company address was written directly in the text message, along with a note reminding me to bring a pen and a mask and to look for the security guard, so I naturally assumed that this was the interview location. Little did I know!! One hour before the scheduled interview time on the day of the interview, they suddenly changed the location! The text message only reminded me that I had an interview that day! If I hadn’t opened it to check the contents, wouldn’t I have missed it again!?

Conclusion: Of all the staffing agencies I have dealt with, 日陞 is the only one where I have encountered two problems this outrageous!
