Some programs should be decisively phased out because their efficiency is extremely poor. I have supported some ASP-based MVC projects, and they were truly bloated and cumbersome.

2. The more capable you are, the more work you receive. If you can handle a large workload, tasks will keep piling up, and eventually you will never finish working overtime.

3. An advanced version of the “the more capable you are, the more work you receive” problem: you are frequently reassigned to provide support. Because turnover is high, sometimes by the time you have been supporting a unit for a while, you no longer know what it has been through before.

4. Although I have encountered good supervisors, I have also encountered extremely poor ones, mainly in other departments.
