Some people imply things in their words and even set traps for you, creating a lot of unnecessary workplace tension. Since the office is an open space, a person in the neighboring department who likes to complain is very noisy, affecting work quality.

The division of responsibilities between departments is chaotic, and some tasks are left undone. If you want to draw a salary without always taking your work seriously, you might consider coming for an interview.
