The boss and the boss's wife are basically arrogant, emotional exploitative employers (but they believe they treat their employees well).
They like hiring fresh graduates, but expect them to learn everything in a short time. Job responsibilities are unclear; basically, everyone is expected to know how to do everything.
New employees with no experience whatsoever are expected to become familiar with the company environment and products, as well as shipping and packaging, within one week.
The company lacks comprehensive training and regulations. Basically, policies change from day to day, and whatever the boss says goes.
The boss's wife will demonstrate how to introduce products to customers once, and you are expected to learn it from that one opportunity (although the boss's wife's demonstration is not actually very good either).
If you express even a little dissatisfaction, you will more or less be dismissed. Seeing other people say that they love firing people is indeed true.
So don't waste your time here. The salary isn't particularly good either, and there is no real salary adjustment system.
