More welfare leave than ordinary companies, Wednesday fruit day every week, longer break times, and colleagues are quite easy to get along with (but don’t even dream about the supervisor.........)
When I interviewed initially, I thought the supervisor and the company environment were both pretty good, and I was successfully hired (thinking back, it was all just sales talk XD). After joining, oh my...... the employee turnover rate was far too high. The supervisor only knows how to talk and dumps all the work on the people below, without understanding or appreciating their subordinates’ hard work. They often go around in circles when speaking.....
In short, almost someone resigns every month. Looking at the turnover rate should be enough for everyone to think twice about whether to interview with this company, haha
