More welfare leave than general companies, a fruit day every Wednesday, longer break times, and colleagues are quite easy to get along with (but supervisors—don't even dream about it.........)
At the time of the interview, I thought the supervisor and the company environment were both quite good, and I was successfully hired (looking back, I realize it was all just sales talk XD). After joining, oh my...... the employee turnover was way too high. The supervisor only talks and passes everything down to the subordinates to do, without any consideration for their hard work, and often goes around in circles when speaking.....
In short, almost every month someone resigns. Just look at the turnover rate and think twice about whether you want to interview with this company, hehe
