Pros

Some managers really do think about their subordinates, and the company pays salaries on time. That’s it.

Cons

Simply put, it’s a case of “all show on the outside, rotten within”!

As I explained:

Many matters are decided by one person, and the managers have titles but no real authority. The company often announces something in the morning, changes it the next day, and overturns it the day after that. They make it sound nice by calling it “adaptability,” but in reality, everyone below works themselves to death, customers complain constantly, and the account managers keep getting changed. What exactly are they doing?

As for the customers acquired through hard work, if upper management says with one sentence that they should be transferred to another salesperson, that person gets to enjoy the fruits of someone else’s labor. What is the person who worked hard to acquire the customer supposed to do? The person who takes over the customer’s results sits there smugly, saying how great their performance is. Are they saying that changing the person in charge will produce better results? Does upper management think everyone else is intellectually deficient?

They also keep brainwashing people, saying that the company has excellent prospects and benefits, and that employees will be treated so much better after the company goes public. If it’s so great, why is the staff constantly changing and leaving? Then they blame the managers for not knowing how to lead people.

There are also a whole bunch of meaningless meetings and activities. We can’t even finish our work, yet we still have to deal with pointless, mindless activities and mindless organizers. The meetings never seem to end either, and they just repeat things that have already been explained over and over. They expect you to have three heads and six arms and know the products of countless production lines. Everyone has the same eight-hour workday, but we still often have to work on activity reports at home. Sales staff do not receive overtime pay either.

So don’t ask me whether this place is any good.
