2. You can experience firsthand what the ultimate model of a one-person rule looks like.
1. Employee benefits are changed arbitrarily (to the point of extinguishing people’s enthusiasm for their work).
2. The overtime hours are outrageous. Even after going home after 9 p.m., you will still be constantly contacted or harassed via LINE.
3. Reporting overtime (and receiving overtime pay) will get you scolded; not reporting overtime (and harming your health) will get you criticized for being inefficient.
