The interviewer asks about each of the technologies listed on the applicant’s résumé to assess your level of proficiency. Being prepared can be an advantage.
The written test is an intelligence test of moderate difficulty, including math, visual patterns, logic, language, and memory sections, among others. Since there are many questions, you can skip those that require more time to think about and return to them later; otherwise, you may not finish in time.
The salary is absurdly low, nowhere near what one would expect for the responsibilities of this job. Educational background does not affect the salary level.
