Pros
It's simply a company suitable for retirement.
Cons
Many managers lie low and avoid responsibility whenever something happens.
There are so many redundant indirect staff that capable people can only pretend to be clueless; otherwise, they'll be overworked.
The boss has money to rebrand, yet salaries only increase by 1,XXX Taiwanese dollars a year—it's really laughable.
A company dominated by the sales and human resources departments.
