I was only there for a short time and didn't see any advantages.

1. I think the biggest drawback is the young woman at the front desk. She is only nice to the supervisors and the boss; toward lower-level employees, she is indifferent and has a very poor attitude! After I resigned, I discovered that she had not enrolled me in labor and health insurance. When I went back to ask her to handle it, she still acted as if it didn't matter! The company brought in a bank employee to help new hires open transfer accounts together. After several days, I still hadn't received the passbook. When I asked her what was going on, she asked for my name and then searched through the drawer one book at a time...! After some time, when I wanted to withdraw money, I discovered that I had no card. I asked her again, and she asked for the account number before searching through the drawer one card at a time...! After I had reported for work for several days, she still didn't arrange access control for me. I had to go find her myself before she finally dealt with it at her leisure...! She said both times that something seemed wrong and that it couldn't be set up. When I asked whether we should have the vendor come take a look, she ignored me and only coldly replied, “Try again tomorrow”! As a result, the access control system went down the next day, and the entire company had to go downstairs to swipe in and out.

2. The second biggest problem was the night-shift supervisor. Every morning when we arrived at the company, she would criticize this and that, as if she were the company owner! I was criticized by her on my very first day at the company! After that, she complained every day that the day shift was moving too slowly. She never considered that someone inspects the day shift every day: the boss, supervisor, QC, and customers check us practically three times a day. Every problem caught results in a 500-dollar fine, so how could we possibly work quickly? No one supervises the night shift, and they can violate procedures, so of course they can work much faster...!
