The interviewers were very polite and explained the job responsibilities in great detail. They also encouraged me to ask more questions.

I asked why someone on this website had written such a negative review of your company. The interviewer said it was because an employee who had worked for less than three months, slacked off, and was absent without leave had been dismissed and, out of resentment, left random comments online. If something truly violated the law, it should be reported through the proper channels; making random defamatory statements about others here is wrong. The company simply has the generosity not to pursue these employees over their comments.

The interviewing manager also told me that all colleagues had received two pay increases this year because inflation and prices had risen significantly this year, and the owner said they wanted to give the colleagues an additional raise.

Overall, I think it is still a fairly good job with decent responsibilities.
