Pros

The only advantage is the high salary—and one other thing: because the colleagues hate the boss so much that it makes their teeth itch, they all help each other and get along well.

Cons

The biggest problem is the boss. The boss has an incredibly bad temper and is basically a time bomb, exploding for no reason at any time. Every day at work, you have to worry about whether you’ll get yelled at by the boss for no reason. It leaves you constantly on edge. Often, the workflow will be going smoothly, but the boss will blow up over some minor issue and stay angry all day, making work extremely difficult for the entire day. On top of that, the boss berates people regardless of whether they are right or wrong. Even when you have done nothing wrong, the boss will force you to admit fault and use all kinds of personal attacks, calling you a pig or stupid. The boss will even say things like, “Am I not paying you? What have you given me in return?” It feels as though the entire world revolves around the boss. In short, the psychological pressure here is simply too great. A colleague who has been here for half a year said that more than 50 colleagues had already left within that six-month period. The salary is indeed high, but is it really worth earning it under such humiliating conditions? This is the boss who reportedly won the 2020 Michelin Young Chef Award. I’ll leave it at that~ Any remaining job seekers who see this can make their own judgment.
