Generally, my colleagues are fairly easy to get along with; a small number are really difficult.
1. The work is messy and there is a lot of it. Many things are not explained clearly; when you ask, you are told to find the answer yourself, and if you get it wrong, you are blamed.
2. There are many urgent tasks, and no one cares whether you already have a lot on your plate. Everyone thinks you should deal with your own tasks first.
3. The supervisor constantly scrolls on their phone, but if you use yours even briefly, you get criticized.
4. There is little freedom. It feels like being in the military, where you can only pretend to be busy and get through the day.
5. The system is rigid and inconsistent.
6. The environment is mediocre. Too many people are crowded together, and there are no OA partitions.
