Pros
Honestly, this company’s benefits are actually pretty good.
The NT$20,000 annual travel allowance lets you take your family on trips. There are regular annual salary increases, and the year-end bonus has also increased.
Cons
You have to be in the right department for things to be pretty easygoing... Some departments are insanely busy, while others are so relaxed that they often have nothing to do, yet still receive the same benefits.
