Pros
The boss claims to be number one in the exhibitions industry; no comment.
Cons
Three out of the four seasons require “using time after work/on weekends to complete the progress” (of course, it isn’t called overtime, so there will be no overtime pay). If you don’t want to work overtime, you’d better pray for good luck and get assigned to the right department.
