Veteran employees appear very polite on the surface... but actually have ulterior motives.

They rely on seniority and act as though they are entitled to special treatment.

As long as new employees do not follow the veterans’ instructions, they are told that their work attitude is problematic.

What a joke—the veteran employees cannot even operate the electric pallet jack, yet they speak as if they know everything. It’s absolutely hilarious.

The workplace is extremely disorganized. The team leader does not understand management. There is a seniority-based system. The team leader does not know how to manage. The starting salary of 26,000 is very low. Lunch is at your own expense. Items do not have fixed storage locations; even if you search until you drop, you still cannot find them. There is no efficiency at all, which is why it feels like the team leader does not understand management. The office is also a mess. You’ll know when you go for the interview! The warehouse team members are basically amateurs who do not understand warehouse management; there is no 6S system whatsoever! The work has no standards at all. Fortunately, I found something better than this company. I recommend not wasting time going for an interview—they only put on a superficial show and make empty promises. To put it plainly, it has the same culture as a traditional factory.
