1. The supervisor is easy to communicate with, and the colleagues are easy to get along with.
2. There is a workshop at the monthly meeting every month, as well as job-related training.
3. Work from home every Wednesday, and taking leave is relatively easy.
1. The salary is low. Although there is an evaluation every six months, there is almost never a salary adjustment.
