HR sent the interview invitation through 104 themselves, saying it would be a video interview for a design position.

After the interview began, five minutes into my self-introduction... I was constantly and repeatedly interrupted by HR halfway through speaking (the other supervisor did not say a word from beginning to end).

They had previously just sent a URL and told the interviewee to look at it themselves.

They kept asking the interviewee: “Do you have anything you’d like to ask us about the job?”

Then they asked about expected salary, reasons for leaving my previous job, and how I would commute to work.

Our company is extremely strict about lateness, with no flexibility at all, and employees cannot take on freelance work after joining.

They lacked even the most basic courtesy and respect. They were basically just casting a wide net.

If they were short on time, they should have simply said at the beginning that a brief verbal interview would be enough.
