The colleagues in the internal office are harmonious and easy to get along with.
1- If you are a mindless robot, this place is a good fit for you. Basically, the boss and the boss's wife want employees who follow instructions and get things done, without having their own ideas.
2- There is no complete system. If they suddenly want you to make major changes to the SOP, you have to change it.
3- Resource allocation is unfair. It appears fair on the surface, but behind the scenes they keep the resources for themselves.
4- All the doctors are supposedly on good terms with them; basically, they make grand promises to you.
As soon as you have a potential-client list, the boss will say, “You don’t need to contact them; I’ll do it.”
4- The job duties discussed during the interview are different from what you end up doing, and they also decide the salary.
