Pros
There isn't a lot of work, but my English has improved greatly through dealing with factories in Europe and the United States. The pressure from my supervisor isn't too great either.
I just received a raise and also got a Dragon Boat Festival bonus, so the timing is pretty good.
Cons
The company gives more than it promised, so there isn't really anything to complain about.
